Sex: Mare Age: 20 yrs old - Born: April 21, 1999 Suitable For: Companion Handler/Rider: Intermediate We are very grateful Portia is thriving in her new home with her new family. She is a kind and gentle horse. Not a pushy mare. She is great under saddle, but due to tender hooves, would be best as a companion horse. Would enjoy easy hand walking, the beach and was used in a 4-H project for about 3 years. Good with children. She gets a bit stressed when confined in a stall (bobs her head), but is happy when joining a herd in pasture. UTD on shots and farrier.
