Any equine rescue depends on the good efforts of volunteers to succeed. What our volunteers have are deeply caring, compassionate hearts and a real ‘get the job done’ attitude for each and every horse. We are looking for volunteers who are dedicated and thrive on attending to the horses’ well-being.

After reviewing your application, we will contact you to schedule a phone interview.

All volunteers who are accepted into our program must attend a New Volunteer Orientation.
Who can Volunteer?

Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age. Minors may volunteer with a parent or guardian in attendance.

We accept volunteers of all experience levels.

All volunteers must have health insurance.

We also welcome volunteers with experience including gardening, fence and building maintenance, clean-up and building of horse paddocks and pastures, equipment and supplies procurement and maintenance, administrative assistance, event planning, and fundraising.

Barn/Horse volunteers must be in good physical condition and able to lift 15 lbs.
