Misty is a 10-year old Shetland/cross pony and just the pony for our California dry-dust pastures—an easy keeper.  

 

This companion pony stands about 12hh, has a gorgeous coat, mane, and tail.  Although she is not rideable due to founder a few years ago, she loves going for walks and will make a great hiking or walking companion. 

 

Misty had a very rough beginning in life until a very kind and caring person rescued her.  Unfortunately, due to a medical crisis in their family they sadly had to surrender her to SERRA.

 

We are told that Misty is a fast learner and has shown that she can, through patience and compassion, develop the trust to conquer some of her worries.

 

Misty is UTD on vaccinations, worming, including an annual anti-arthritis shot.
