IN LOVING MEMORY OF THOSE HORSES WHO HAVE PASSED

When 20-year-old Starbuck arrived at SERRA, he was very friendly and loved to hang out in the pasture with his buddies and was great at obstacle courses! He used to be a reining horse and came to us with arthritis in his knees, so was not able to be ridden. Once we got him on Equioxx, he responded well for a time, until it wasn't enough to keep him sound and safe. Ultimately, we made the toughest of decisions.
