Anchor is a handsome 22-year-old registered Quarter Horse who recently arrived at SERRA. Standing 15.3 hands tall, Anchor has the steady presence of a seasoned horse, and we are looking forward to learning more about him as he settles into our care.
 

Because Anchor is new to SERRA, our team is still in the process of evaluating his health, temperament, comfort level, and future suitability. We do know that he is still rideable, though he will need front shoes if he continues with trail riding.
 

At this stage, our focus is on helping Anchor feel safe, comfortable, and supported while we get to know him and determine the best path forward. We will share more about Anchor as we learn more about his personality, needs, and ideal future home.
