Meet Khalessi, a beautiful 5-year-old Percheron mare with a big presence and an even bigger personality.  Both of her parents were registered Percherons, and she carries the classic draft horse charm and intelligence the breed is known for.
 

Khalessi has not been ridden and does not have formal training, but she has had consistent handling by her owner and is described as a quick and willing learner. She has spent most of her life living naturally on 380 acres in a herd of 20–25 horses, so she is well-socialized with other horses and comfortable in a herd environment.
 

This sweet girl truly loves people—and treats! Khalessi enjoys being involved in whatever is happening around her. She is curious and playful and is known to help herself to tools, hats, rakes, or anything that looks like it might be fun. Because of her enthusiastic and sometimes pushy nature, she will thrive with a confident, patient, and experienced handler who can continue her education and help her develop good ground manners.
 

With the right partner, Khalessi has the potential to become a wonderful equine companion and possibly more with continued training.
